Psoriasis is not a disease...
There are numerous stressors/causes that are known to trigger psoriasis which is one of the main reasons for my claim of it being a mere symptom (albeit a complex/berzerk chain-reaction). You can search: psoriasis smoking, psoriasis calcium, psoriasis drugs, etc. You see, just like a cancerous tumor, psoriatic cells send out signals to nearby blood vessel cells to grow and expand to the direction which the signal came from. In turn, blood vessels grow and expand towards the surface of your skin where the signals came from, promoting the redness and promoting inflammation, while providing more abundant access to your blood, with psoriatic cells using up all your keratin, using up all your zinc, etc. to get rid of the excess blood vessel cells over the course of a few months. for the time-being a list of natural sources that have anti-angiogenic qualities (preventing blood vessels from growing beyond their DNA-assigned areas, more or less), has been compiled. so if you believe you've weeded out some of the stressors in your life, taking a combination of such foods/supplements daily will do a great deal in preventing your psoriasis from spreading while your body naturally prunes out dead blood vessel cells that have grown to places they were never supposed to be in. now THAT is taking a step from neutral, more towards reverse--- to UNDO the damage caused by psoriasis (as a symptom now to give you a taste of just how complex psoriasis is: you're all jumping up and down about the success of Stelara/ustekinumab, which blocks Interleukin 12....
